Let's Read sells digital ebooks. Once a download link is generated, the product is considered delivered. This means refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than automatically.

• The file was accidentally duplicated because of a failed payment retry.
• The file is corrupted or does not open on any supported reader.
• You were double-charged for the same order.

• You changed your mind after downloading the file.
• The book's content isn't what you expected — previews and descriptions are available before purchase.

Email us via the contact form within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. We usually reply within 24 hours and refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
